Nicotine patches are just as it sounds- a patch you place on your skin like a sticker. This patch is something you’ll wear all day and don’t have to worry about keeping up with. The patch will help with withdrawals and cravings by giving you a steady amount of nicotine throughout the day.

Just like most nicotine alternatives, there are some known side effects such as redness of skin where the patch is placed, dizziness, nausea, and vomiting.

Despite the negative side effects, nicotine patches have worked for many people and it won’t hurt to try. However, skip the patch if you have sensitive skin and try taking medication or vaping.

Putting Out the Cigarette Butt with Medication

Using medication is not for everyone, however, it has helped a wide variety of people quit smoking. One of the most known medications that helps individuals like yourself quit smoking cigarettes is Bupropion SR Pills.

Bupropion SR is prescribed to treat depression and to with help nicotine addiction.
